Your memories stay yours

Version 1.0 stores memories and optimized photo copies locally on your iPhone. There is no Atlas account, advertising, tracking, or developer-operated cloud database.

Common questions

Is location permission required?

No. It only helps rank nearby Apple Maps search results. Place search works without granting access.

Is Apple Music required?

No. Song attachment is optional, and manual song entry remains available. Atlas does not play music in the app.

Can deleted memories be recovered?

Atlas does not currently include a recently deleted folder, so deletion should be treated as permanent.
